Program Theme:

Nurturing Ourselves and the World Around Us

In this program, your child will embark on a mindful journey of emotional awareness, personal growth, and physical development. Guided by the theme
“Nurturing Ourselves and the World Around Us,”
we will help children cultivate emotional resilience, kindness, and strength through fun and engaging yoga practices.

Each class is designed to build physical strength, balance, and focus, while also teaching mindfulness and self-regulation techniques

Duration: 10 Weeks
Session Length: 55 Minutes
Age Group: 6-11 Years

The program will focus on three core themes reflecting the energy of each month:

  • January: New Beginnings, Setting Intentions, and Goal Setting
  • February: Love, Expression, and Connection
  • March: Growth, Gratitude, and Compassion

Each class will help children build self-awareness and emotional intelligence through yoga, mindfulness, and self-reflection, creating a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them

  • Week 4: Building our strength – Patience and Persistence

February 6, 20, 27: Love, Expression and Connection

  • Week 5: The Power of self-love
  • Week 6: Expressing ourselves through movement
  • Week 7:
    Connection with Others – Empathy and Compassion

March 6, 13, 20, 27: Growth, Community and Celebration

  • Week 8:
    Embracing Growth – Nurturing our souls
  • Week 9: Responsible Choices – How Our Actions Affect Others and the World
  • Week 10: Community Building and reflection
  • Week 11: Certification and celebration
  • Empower children through yoga and mindfulness.
  • Develop self-awareness through creative yoga poses and fun sequences
  • Promote Emotional awareness with calming breath-work and interactive activities
  • Foster a sense of self-love and self-acceptance.
  • Build focus & balance through movement, games and meditation practices.
  • Encourage empathy, gratitude, and kindness.
  • Support mental and physical growth through discussions and reflections.
  • Community building through art, partner work and class projects.
