YIN YOGA / RESTORATIVE YOGA
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced yoga practice during which you will be holding the poses for a longer period of time. It is based on ancient Chinese philosophies combining traditional yoga poses together with Taoist principles aiming to increase the flexibility of the connective tissues in the deeper layers of the body. The practice of Yin yoga aids by removing the blockages in the body, the energy, and the mind.
Classes are between 60 to 90 minutes.
All levels are welcome!
