I was introduced to yoga 15 years ago during my first pregnancy, and I have been in love with it ever since! Yoga has been instrumental in my journey towards self-realization and self-love. I only wish that I had access to this practice at a younger age.
I am of the opinion that by practicing yoga and mindfulness, we can raise a generation of resilient children who have the potential to make a positive impact on the world.
Having seen the positive effects of yoga on my own children’s physical, mental, and social well-being, it is a dream come true to have the opportunity to share this knowledge with as many children and teenagers as possible.
